Coming soon: Onboard Pro capabilities for hospitals and facilities
Beginning mid-December 2023, hospitals and health care facilities in all states will use Onboard Pro to start the onboarding process with UnitedHealthcare. Onboard Pro is a user-friendly tool in the UnitedHealthcare Provider Portal that helps you join our network and provides better visibility into the process.
What this means for you
Onboard Pro will replace the Facility Request for Participation (RFP) portal. This means you’ll no longer be able to access the Facility RFP portal directly. However, if you're not within the intended scope, Onboard Pro will redirect you to the right system.
Before you start
To begin using Onboard Pro through the portal, you’ll need a One Healthcare ID. If you don’t already have one, visit UHCprovider.com/access to get started.
