Health care professionals can search our directories to find a provider, clinic or facility for referral purposes, or they can view their own profile by selecting the directory type below.
Need to make demographic updates?
The UnitedHealthcare Provider Portal My Practice Profile tool is where demographic updates and attestations are made. Users must have a valid One Healthcare ID to use this feature and can learn how to register on our new user page.
