Keeping track of your team’s credentialing statuses can be difficult, repetitive and time-consuming. That’s why we wanted to share some new solutions that can help you tackle credentialing tasks more efficiently.
Save time with our digital solutions
- Onboard Pro: This easy-to-use credentialing tool is found in the UnitedHealthcare Provider Portal and:
- Allows you to easily submit requests for participation with UnitedHealthcare Network for solo practitioners or add new health care professionals to your group contracts
- Integrates with CAQH Provider Data Portal and other state-specific credentialing applications, so you don’t need to re-enter the same information for UnitedHealthcare
- Automatically retrieves most of your demographic and credentialing information from those applications and lets you know right away if more information is needed
- Shows you the real-time status of every enrollment request you’ve submitted in your dashboard

- Chat support: You can chat with a live advocate to support you with your credentialing and contracting inquiries when you sign in to the portal and go to the Contact Us tab.
