Make a difference this Transgender History Month

Transgender people face many barriers to care, such as lack of access to health care professionals who have the training and knowledge required to address the needs of this population. You can help reduce these care barriers by updating your practice profile information to highlight your expertise in caring for transgender patients and by completing our Gender Diversity in Mental Health and Substance Use course.

Update your practice profile

You can let our members know you offer gender-affirming care by visiting our data attestation page to update your practice information. Available areas of expertise (AOE) specific to transgender services are:

You’ll also earn a free CME after you complete the course.

We display cultural competency in our directory. The available cultural competency value for this training is LGBTQ+ communities.
