New York Medicaid: New vaccine code added to non-covered list

To remain consistent with New York Medicaid’s fee schedule, starting Feb. 1, 2027, UnitedHealthcare Community Plan of New York will add the Meningococcal pentavalent vaccine code 90624 to its non-covered codes list. This change also matches New York State Medicaid's policy, which doesn’t cover this code.
