Make sure members know you offer mobile services

You can now highlight your mobile services to members on your provider profile. This update helps patients find the mobile care they need — right where they are.

 

To update your profile:

1. Log in to the Provider Portal

 

2. Navigate to your Profile and locate the Mobile Services section

 

3. Click Edit to indicate your mobile service options:

  • In-Facility (you travel to facilities or nursing homes)
  • In-Home (you visit patients in their homes) or
  • Both

 

4. Click Add ZIP Codes to specify the areas you serve
